About Us
Located in Süleymanköy, one of Ayvacık’s peaceful and timeless villages, our stone house stands at the heart of a small settlement of just 40 households. Built in 1955, the house was carefully restored over time with deep respect for its history, and today it has been reborn as a private living space offering accommodation exclusively for groups.
Here, we live a simple yet thoughtful life in harmony with nature. In our garden, we grow seasonal organic vegetables, and we set our table with blue eggs collected from the coop of our free-roaming chickens.
We do not simply host our guests; we invite them into our own rhythm of life. Surrounded by the quiet of Süleymanköy, the coolness of stone walls, and the pure simplicity of natural living, we look forward to welcoming you. This stone house promises more than just a place to stay — it is a pause where you can reconnect with nature and with yourself.

Our stone house is designed exclusively for group stays. We welcome a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 guests.
This is a space for slowing down together, for sharing, and for reconnecting with nature.
Whether for yoga retreats, silent retreats, book clubs, creative writing workshops, trekking groups, or talking circles, our stone house offers a simple, peaceful environment deeply connected to the natural world for communities seeking depth and presence.
Our living room hosts workshops and shared moments, while the garden provides a breathing space that follows the rhythm of the seasons. At the end of the day, the fireplace awaits you for a calm and grounding closing.
Specially curated menus for groups are included in the accommodation price and are served as breakfast and dinner. Our tables feature flavors prepared with respect for nature’s cycles, using ingredients from our garden and the village.

If you wish, you can immerse yourself in the refreshing waters of the Aegean Sea at our beach & café located in the Ahmetçe Altı area, just a 25-minute drive from Hane 41. Situated between Ayvacık and Küçükkuyu, this coastal spot invites you to enjoy the sea, watch the sunset, and savor light bites in a relaxed atmosphere.
Assos Ancient City & Temple of Athena (Behramkale)
With a history dating back to the 6th century BC, Assos enchants visitors with its Temple of Athena and ancient harbor. Located in the village of Behramkale, it impresses with its stone streets, sea views, and historic atmosphere.

Yapılacak aktivitelerde (rafting, yamaç paraşütü vb.), can güvenliğiniz için önerilen her türlü teçhizat ve kıyafeti mutlaka kuralına göre kullanmalısınız.
İslami ibadet alanlarını ziyaret edecekseniz yanınızda bir baş örtüsü bulundurmanız, kadınların başları ve tüm vücutları örtülü, erkeklerin ise diz kapaklarına dek kıyafet ile kapatılmış şekilde giyinmeleri gerekir. Gezi esnasında çevreyi temiz tutmaya özen göstermeniz, tarihi alan gezilerinde hiçbir şekilde bölgeye zarar verecek davranışlarda bulunmamanız gerekmektedir. Sizi rahatsız edecek her türlü durumda gezi alanı yakınındaki başvuru noktalarına ya da en yakındaki polis karakollarına şikayetinizi bildirebilirsiniz. Topluma açık alışveriş merkezi, pazar yeri, cadde, durak vb. yerlerde genel olarak davranışlarımıza dikkat edilmeli, yüksek sesle konuşmamalı ve etrafımıza rahatsızlık verilmemeli.
Doğal hayatın denge ve sürekliliğinin temeli olan vahşi yaşam, bitki örtüleri, hayvanlar ve biyoçeşitlilik korunmalı. Doğal yaşama zarar verecek her türlü aktivite ve faaliyetten kaçınılmalıdır.
